‘nother interesting SGC prerelease

The orange hat on top is FKB12, for which this kind of thing has been seen before w/ TGF-Beta, (1B6C) but this one’s ligated.  I suspect you could infer from this that inhibition of the active site wouldn’t preclude FKBP12 binding…
