    I thought 2-amino thiazoles were considered a no-no these days… I guess there are exceptions.

    Just a precision on the structure, I think it is the other regioisomer of the thiazole

    I think your right. Corrected structure is up now:

    N-(4-methyl-3-(4-(pyridin-3-yl)thiazol-2-ylamino)phenyl)-4-((4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)methyl)benzamide
