    Interesting scaffold that is also being pursued by Vertex (see WO2007095188), AstraZeneca (WO2008003958) and Cyclacel (this week’s WO2009040556). Is everyone copying Vertex of did some disclosure evoke all these companies to explore such scaffolds?

    Umm, did you see the structure of BI’s phase II PLK inhibitor? That’s the structure being copied.
