Just listened to Incyte‘s webcast, where they talk a little JAK2. lol, he compares his compound to vx680? 300x more potent than 680! WooHoo! Hey, wait a minute… umm, dude, thats an umm, thats an Aurora inhibitor. Starts at slide 19 and minute 18ish.
Sunesis’ talks CDKs including CDK-9 around 14 minutes, and Aurora at 17 minutes – claims their’s is better then both VX-680 and MLN8054, and RAF @ 19 mins.
Conveniently neglects to mention that SNS-032 (CDK2, 7, 9 compound) was in licensed from BMS, and hey its great they can afford it, but c’mon if they’re touting the technology… They can’t exactly claim that as an example, eh?
