This is a process application via GSK for a P38 inhibitor. There’s a number of applications in this series since ’03. but to the best of my knowledge no publications.

That’s usually a sign.

    This one is probably binding in the same mode as Pharmacia 2-methyl-4-(o,p-difluorobenzyloxy)-1-aryl-5-bromopyrimidinon-6-ones
