aka Palladia, PHA-291639, & SU11654 got its FDA Approval today! Well… In dogs at least:. It’s for canine mast cell tumors.
yeh, its the pyrrolidine version of Sutent & its the phosphate salt

SD’s got a series of Jnk1 inhibitors in WO/2007/125405:

First half of the compounds look about like that one, and Jnk1 data is given…
Second half appear discretely in the claims and look more like Jnk3 inhibitors to me.

PF-477736 is Pfizers phase 1 Chk1 inhibitor being given in combination with Gemcitabine. They haven’t confirmed the structure yet, but…
